Welcome to Well@Wolves!
At the Students’ Union we make your wellbeing a priority. We want to do our part in making sure you are happy, healthy, and confident while studying for your course. Well@Wolves is our on-going campaign to provide opportunities, events, and advice to support your wellbeing at university. For example, free yoga classes, group cooking sessions, drop-in stalls from local services, support for the cost of living, events on national mental health days and wellbeing advice from our Advice and Representation Centre.
One this webpage you may find some useful advice about managing your mental health and wellbeing while at university.
We hope that Well@Wolves provides an opportunity for all students to take time out of their studies to prioritise their wellbeing or get the help and support they need for their mental health. If you have suggestions or feedback on Well@Wolves we would love to hear from you. Please email: Hannah.Witts@wlv.ac.uk with your ideas or comments.
