How do I make sure I can vote?

To be eligible to vote in these elections you MUST have shared your details with the Union so you exist on our voting system. 

You may have chosen to do this during enrolment. But if not, don't worry, there is another way! Simply edit the Personal Details section of e:Vision. Go to the section at the bottom titled Students' Union and follow the directions for sharing your details with the Students' Union. Once you have clicked the button to confirm you are happy to share your details with us, you will be added to our system during the next upload. These happen every 3 hours or so when voting is open. A quick way to check if this has happened is to try signing in to our website, by pressing the big green button. If you can log in your details have been shared.

If you have followed the instructions above and are still not able to vote or log on, please email democracy.wolvesunion@wlv.ac.uk with the following details: name, student number, uni email address and date of birth. We'll work as quickly as we can to resolve the issue and will get back to you to let you know.
