Many of us are now staying at home in self-quarantine and with many fitness centres now closed staying active is proving hard to do.
Sedentary behaviour and low levels of physical activity can have negative effects on the health, well-being and quality of life of individuals.
Self-quarantine can also cause additional stress and challenge mental health.
Physical activity and relaxation techniques can be valuable tools to help you remain calm and continue to protect your health during this time.
See below different at home workouts that may help you during this time, or applications that you can download to help your physical and mental well-being.
